It started off as an experiment. What would happen if we brought creative business women together to connect? We’d all been part of masterminds before- strategic sisterhood circles that were about growing businesses. Those are powerful. But we were looking for something else.

As we got to know each other, it happened.
That bond.
We’ve gone through births, deaths, and break-ups together.
We’ve cried together.
We’ve danced together.
We’ve laughed together.
We’ve butt heads.
We’ve hurt each other’s feelings.
We’ve worked it out.
Our crew has been gathering monthly for the past 7 years. And now, one of the Lady Bosses is moving out of California and headed to the Midwest.
